I’ve been to this dealership in the past with my brother, now I’m coming here. I also have a friend whose family has purchased several vehicles from AoS over the years. They’ve remained very friendly, flexible, and my favorite, have held a no pressure approach. I had an oil change on a Saturday morning, they said an hour and half. I had the vehicle back in 55 mins. My service advisor Thomas and Parts Advisor Warren were both friendly, professional and prompt communicators. Warren helped me secure a great price on a set of tires and Thomas kept me updated throughout my appointment. I left paying less for better tires, an alignment and an additional service (transmission fluid drain/refill) than I had quoted at another tire/mechanic shop. I'll be returning again for my next maintenance appointment!
Service and sales are always so helpful and so nice. They always take care of me and my family who buy and service our vehicles at Acura of Seattle. It’s always a fun time working with everyone. Quality customer service!

I came in without a appointment for an oil change-Ilene Osorio was my service advisor. She estimated about 1.5 hour wait. About 1 hour later she came to tell me my car was ready and she also had it washed for me. Nice.
Im truly satisfied with the services rendered to me esp. my acura ilx 2013 past and recent services initiated by service advisor Mr. Dary Chum, the people who work with him and their expertice on the job.
