Excellent customer service! They even walk you to the door when you leave. Love a dealership that makes you feel like you are a special guest in their home!
I can’t say about the car with issues, but service has always taken care of it extremely well.
Dealership got me in so quick to check on an issue I was having with new used car purchase. John explained entire process and was very communicative the entire 2 hours I was there. Offered free car wash next time I was around as it was so early in am and the ramp was icy. Of course he offered me a loaner but we didn’t need it!

Anthony is “the bomb” and super professional at his job. He scheduled my service of my RDX and everything went quick, clean and efficiently. I also enjoyed a great cup of coffee during my wait. I was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend service at Acura of Seattle.
They were efficient and quick in checking my car in for service. The service was completed ahead of time. Ilene, my service rep was friendly and helpful.
Took my old car in for a complete detail and it came out looking - not kidding - brand new. I was careful to note before I went in some areas that I would've suspected they wouldn't take the time to clean - spotless. Amazing. I've done this with other of my vehicles - 100% of the time it's a winner. I leave the car there, head to the airport, go on my trip and return to pick up a beauty. You should try it, too! For the cost of parking at the airport, you get a "new car!"
