The dealership is clean, filled with friendly staff and they always provide fast service. We were able to get our oil change done quickly.
Brought my 2018 MDX in for a scheduled B13 service at 50,000 mi. Jailene greeted me and signed me in quickly. She sorted through the several discount coupons I had accumulated since my last service, and figured out which one would result in the lowest overall price for me (nice!). I also had a special request of her: Would I be out in time to pick up my spouse by 3pm? Jai checked with the shop and assured me the service would be completed by 2pm. I came in to have my brakes done and an oil change. They gave me an online coupon for my brakes without me asking and check the percentage of my oil and it wasn't ready for an oil change. So they saved me money all the way around. I have a loaner car to run my errands and go to lunch with friends.
I like to come to this place for my car service, Anthony is a person I like to be served, he is very nice and friendly. This is the only place I take my Acura to., Thank you for coffee, tea and nice waiting area. That is why I keep buying Acura.
My first time at this Acura (had always gone to where I'd purchased which was a little further from home). Excellent service from Jai, very thorough in her follow ups, offered a loaner car, etc. Was a smooth process; took the sting out of what is always a big budget hit. :)
Great experience with John in Service. Very clear explanations and treated me with utmost respect and was open to listening to my questions. Nice touch was offering a loaner car without me even asking.
Jai was a pleasure to work with. I've always taken my RDX for service in Tukwila. They are fast and do an excellent job.
