The service itself was great. But we were looking forward to the wash and vacuum. But it wasn’t available at the time. Maybe it can be offered later to make up for not having it available before?

Due to Covid, full service hasn’t been available (no vacuum or wash), this is way overdue. Maybe having a different plan in place would be great.
Hit a pothole in Seattle and destroyed my tire and needed realignment. Dary the rep I worked with provided top-notch service and follow-up. Highly recommended and

I have an Acura dealership less than 5 minutes away from my home but choose to go to Acura of Seattle because of their service. I’ve worked with many of their service consultants over the last few years and they’ve all treated me with care. They find ways to connect with you on a personal level as well.

I was in for a oil change. Mentioned my breaks were squeaking and grinding, I had 29,000 miles on my RDX. They replaced my front and rear brakes against a Acura recall bulletin I wasn’t aware of. (No charge). I was able to work online the entire time. I only wished they had a place I could refill my water bottle. ( I was there 3 1/5 hours.).
