Great buying experience, we actually had such a bad experience with the only Acura store in Spokane Valley we drove to the West side and had an excellent purchase through this store. Mr. Yoon was an excellent salesman. Sales manager and the finance gentleman were on top of it. We purchased a certified MDX and are very satisfied. The whole group there, sales manager, finance and sales were top notch and took good care of us. Thank you
Thanks to Anthony, a very efficient service visit. I remain very disappointed that car washing/vacuuming is not provided. Understand the initial issues with covid impact and safety protocols. But it is now an equipment issue at AOS. A vehicle too large for me to safely wash at home, and not wanting use drive thru car wash facilities, it was a positive purchasing factor for me.
Dealership was friendly and welcoming and helpful but not much cars to test drive and unsure about their car inventory
