Dary was great and very helpful. Great communication and customer service. O'Brien Auto Group has the best service hands down. I have worked with them at Lexus of Bellevue and Acura of Seattle and they are always consistent with their services.

Brought my car in for A1 maintenance. Asked if they could vacuum the interior and they declined due to covid but I’ve had my car vacuumed by other service depts so I thought that was weird. I asked for a ride to work and it took about half an hour for the shuttle to get there but also no one updated me on the ETA. Initially I was told 5-10 minutes.
I always get good service from this dealership and most recently Dary was great and I got my car done earlier than I was told. Well done.

Anthony is one of the most amazing service representatives I have ever worked with! He understands the value of customer service and the importance of ensuring the customer's needs are taken care of.
