I went a day before by mistake and they were able to accommodate.Dary was very friendly and professional
I knew exactly what I wanted and Yung was quick to make it happen! He helped show and compare the two vehicles I specifically wanted to see as well as explain the features I was not familiar with! He won the sale with ease and his sense of humor was an added bonus! Thank you, Yung, for keeping in touch and making sure I'm happy with my purchase!

Excellent buying experience. My only negative is their one year service offer. I was given oil changes for one year for an electric car. I asked if there was any alternatives and the answer was a no. There needs to be incentives for electric vehicle purchases as well if they're being offered to ICE vehicles as well.

I purchased my MDX from Acura of Seattle in December of 2003. They have done all service on it since then. My current tech, Dary, is a great representative for Acura and follows in a line of excellent techs with whom I have worked. Bottom line I feel confident that the data they show me is accurate and provides a proper basis that their recommendation for a particular service is correct.
