Adam along with everyone that we dealt with was exceptional. The whole process was surprisingly efficient and painless. As I mentioned to Adam, it was almost scary. We were waiting for a problem to arise. but that never happened. Thank you for that!!! We were also surprised by how quick the process was. I've used another lender in the past and was in the process of using them again. However, the experience this time was not great. The level of aggression in pushing a deal made it uncomfortable and ultimately was not the best solution for me. Adam was the exact opposite and never pushed hard or was overbearing. He assisted me in evaluating options and right-sizing the offer to meet my needs. He showed he cared about the experience and level of service
