The personal interest on the part of Adam Wenner was great. I suggest if one requests telephone contact, do so, several texts does not cut it. I would not recommend your underwriter at all since the procedure took longer and required more verifications than any other lending institution I have dealt with. The underwriter was unaware the 990 and a "transcript" are interchangeable and both are not required. You requested a transcript but gave no tracking number so it was unnecessarily required.

Better communication. We were told we would get calls updating us but didn't get them so we had to call for information. Adam was very friendly and had a great personality, but it seemed he must have been too busy to remember to communicate with us; therefore we had to call to grind him that we had not received timely information. The procedure seemed too drag out to long. It took more than 60 days.

Everything went smoothly until it came time for my payout. I closed on the refinance loan on Aug. 18. They said I would get my money direct deposited on Aug. 24. The bank was not able to wire monies for some reason so they overnighted me a check which I got on Aug. 26. When I took it to my bank, they said they would have to put a 7 business day hold on it because of the amount. So, instead of getting my money on Aug. 24, I will not get it until Sept. 4. This is not Adam's fault,

Realizing these are difficult times for getting things accomplished for all, this Refi started on February 7 and was not final until April 28. I had two requirements that were made clear very early in the process: The loan must be in my Trust and use my local Title Company. This was not accomplished prior to the 40 day lock. This necessitated an extension, which cost me $792. Eventually Matt Kelly took over and got this done.
