There was a communication error early on, but Adelphia were able to remedy the situation and provide excellent customer support. The provider provided insulation and soffit "vents" to the attic and crawl space between the first and second floors.
Excellent company to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. We have noticed more uniform temperatures in our house particularly during the winter months, no more cold spots! Blew insulation into our attic.
Due to a technical issue with their phone system, George responded several weeks after my initial contact regarding a rental property I owned where the tenants complained that the upstairs was too cold during the winter and too hot during the summer. George came out for a consultation and inspected the attic. He went over what he found and what he recommended. I scheduled the work for the following week and the 2 people who came out were punctual, professional and quick. They were very careful to cover all surfaces and to clean up before they left. They sealed and insulated my attic area. All went well and the workers were very professional. One note I should mention: the amount of insulation covered by is negligible. There is a savings of about $400 but the cost will be considerably more to add a reasonable level of insulation to an attic.
Purchased a Deal. The estimator who came to my house was very thorough and explained what would need to happen in order to make it work. My attic has a floor, and in order for the insulation system to work properly, I would need to remove the wood or drill holes. They installed additional insulation in the attic. blown in fiberglass. They did a great job, but i'm a little disappointed that the lead in pricing ends up not really saving much over other vendors.
