We were interested in purchasing the Angies List deal for a $500 credit insulation services for $99 and because we weren't sure how much it would cost, Adelphia came out and provided an estimate before the deal expired so we could make an informed decision. George was wonderful and very prompt in scheduling our service after the initial consult. When I purchased my home I knew there were several projects required. I contact Adelphia to provide much needed attic insulation. Adelphia was responsive and flexible in scheduling the estimate. Very well - prompt, courteous, not at all put off for coming out. He recommended a handyman to take care of a fewer smaller problems we were dealing with. Our building inspector indicated we should re-do some of the insulation in the attic. The gentlement from Adelphia arrived prompt, on time, said he could do it, but that we would "never" recover the cost through reduced heating bills, and should instead just leave it be. Attic insulation. They were prompt and very neat. I was worried about a big mess as it was blown in insulation. There was none. And they told me about a leak in my dryer vent and the roof while they were in the attic. That was very helpful. |
