Called them looking for very specific loan type. They Told me they worked with it and could look into getting me a loan. 2 weeks later I spend an entire day going back and forth with them only to have them pull a bait and switch. Now I probably lost the property and my score went down for the next lender I have to go to. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Called them looking for very specific loan type. They Told me they worked with it and could look into getting me a loan. 2 weeks later I spend an entire day going back and forth with them only to have them pull a bait and switch. Told me : they stopped doing that specific loan type the friday before and were just trying to see what else i could qualify for. The only reason i gave them a chance was because of that specific Loan type. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, unless you want to have them waste your time.

was going for a specific loan type, was told they work with the loan type i was going for. 2 weeks later after an entire day of back and forth, i get told they don't do those loan types anymore and they were just seeing what else they could do for me. basically they pulled a bait and switch, caused me to take a hit on my credit for their check, only to end up costing me the property i was going for. don't go through them.
