Today I called Lexie and she was the most patient and helpful customer service rep I have experienced in awhile. Lexie is an asset to Advance Financial and needs to be recognized for her awesome customer service.

When I first went in everything was fine. But after I had to wait on getting a pay stub from my boss I took it in and Alexis went from being nice to completely rude and treating me like a liar. Then come to find out she didn’t even process my application. That’s absolutely disgusting and wrong to treat people like this. I would never recommend this location I usually come cash all of my checks here but I will never be back I’ll use a different place. Walmart or a bank. Not here
I went in 2//19/23 and I absolutely am so glad I got redirected there to cash a check! Lexie was so helpful and super nice had no problem answering all my questions to a T and handled the slow computer awesome so that everything went as smoothly as it could even if it’s something as simple as a check I’d recommend going here simply for how comfortable she made me someone with social anxiety feel 1000%
