They sent me a text on my phone saying I was guaranteed approved..... keyword "guaranteed approval"... People fall for this and forget lenders are checking though... credit scores are getting lowered and people are get screwed over deceptive practices....file a report with the ftc people and keep doing it...I don't know what the BBB can do but give you the credentials of companies but because they say a company is credible are they???? They are predators!! RUN RUN !! I will never be able to pay them off because the balance never goes down they don’t make arrangements they simply want you to deal with it HORRIBLE ! Worst decision I ever made

If I could give them lower, I would. This is a horrible company. They are complete crooks. You try to pay them off early to keep from playing the interest they take the interest anyway after you pay them off. I think they accomplished should be banned with the interest that they charge. They take advantage of people.

My name is Steven it’s been 1 1/2 since I’ve lived in Tn moved to IN in September of 22. This is how AF24 is trying to rob me. This place is something else!! In July of 22 I paid off a 4000 dollar loan I got from there but I had to get a loan from the bank to do that because the interest was killing me!! RUN, RUN, RUN. They were taking 379 out of my account every two weeks. I had to take out a loan to pay them off because the daily interest rate kept going up. They refused to give me a 10 pay off letter, so I had to figure out an estimate of what the payoff would be. I ended up over paying by $543, I called to see if they were going to reimburse me the $543. One lady said that I was only going to get $64.00 back because the $543 went to "customer fees" ***? I borrowed only $500 from advance financial I paying them come to notice twice a month out of my bank account that they withdraw. For $500 loan that I got March 2023 we are going into January 2024 and I’m still having money taken out of my bank account. I have already contacted the attorney general office in the state of Miami Florida moving forward tomorrow will be contacting my attorneys. 24/7Advance Financial is robbing me right now. My loan was for 1 year. It was paid in full May 2023. It is now December, and they are drafting my account for a "new" loan opened in May 2023 . This new line of credit was opened at the completion of that loan. I Did Not Authorize It And Can PROVE IT. I can not get anyone on the phone, I wrote an email to the CEO And She Is Ignoring Me. Please RUN RUN, this company is a scam, I can’t believe they are able to do business in America. How is this even legal, I took out 1k made 7 payments I asked for my payoff balance the crook said 1100 to payoff. Make it make sense, your monthly payments is going to fees, the government needs to shut this company down asap.. huge scam
