I am a victim of misleading information and crooked business please help!!! The company are full of thieves and when you call about information they talk to you like dirt! Illegal practices I live in Texas this is crazy

This company is a joke period. I filled out their application submitted everything I was asked 4 days later and I called 11 times just to be told it is in the que and just wait. Thru those 4 days thus far I have been emailed 23 times saying I need to submit ssn card when I call they say it is all submitted sit tite give it a hour and wait on a email. I'm sorry I ever considered appying for a small line of credit. But I was in a bind, only needed $1200 to help me out. Now I have to wonder how much is it going to cost me to pay this off. Need to find out how much of my payment is going to the principal. Their contract is so full of legalese, how can the average person even understand all the **. Their program is only geared to gouge the consumer with high rates and the monthly rate keeps going up. Total ripoff!!

My husband went through them for a small loan. He doesn't understand a lot of the legal jargon. Anyhow he specifically asked will my payments stay around $50-$60 a month as we are disabled and cannot afford anything more. The lady assured him his payments would be within that amount... I am not sure how it is legal for this company to still be in business. I have told them numerous times to take my account off of auto draft and they have not done it, they continue to draft my bank account after my wishes. Their predatory fees are extremely high and I was not told I would have to pay bi-weekly cause of my paychecks. 0/10 It’s a scam. I took a 200 hundred dollar loan and never got the money. They said I did and have a payment soon. I called and said I never got the money and don’t want to be charged for something I never got. She said we’ll have to wait and see if your bank sends it back. This was on 4/19. How is this place still allowed to be running?

I wished I saw these reviews. Needed a quick loan and I applied I was approved but never receive the money. I didn’t initiate an ach it did automatically, my bank said they don’t see any pending transactions and my balance goes up daily due to interest. ITS BEEN A WEEK I DIDNT RECEIVE THE MONEY BALANCE GOING UP. I found another loan same day and longer interested

Run!!! I opened my account in December payments are supposed to be $162 I am one payment behind and now my payments range from $207- $230 like why. Not only that but they charge me $30 for late fees how when you draft from my account!! That's on you. My payments are never the same amount, like this is crazy. Singed up for this thinking it was a good deal and I needed the cash. Been using them for a few months. Reviewed my account because my balances should be going down, but they are not. they have been taken over $200 from every checking but only apply $15 towards the loan., that is $370 a month on a $3k loan. This has to be illegal and I am looing into it. There is not way I am going to continue to pay that much interest. Stay Away!
