the tech that came on the call listened to my heater concerns and checked my unit. he found no outstanding problems and discussed all that he had done to make sure no problems existed. he was thoughtful and reassured me that all was ok with my unit.
The service from Advanced Air is always great. I have a service plan with them and it a good deal. They call service the unit every 6 months. Today’s tech was great and very professional. He explained what he did and let me know about a possible problem. He explain how it effected unit and how to solve it.
The technician arrived in a timely matter, was friendly, and answered all my questions.
The tech was very polite and informative. Both the company and the techs have been great to us over the years!

The plumber was very helpful and courteous. He was quick and efficient. What I did not like was having to wait 2 days because their on call man did not want to do the job nor was he qualified. The receptionist was mildly rude when I tried talk to her to the point I was ready to hang up.

Appointment was set up soon, work completed in a timely manner and Joe kept me informed of what he was doing and why.
