Great with scheduling, on time and super helpful and informative. The problem ended up being for plumber but your service guy helped me see the problem and lead us in the right direction. Our machine is all fixed and back on track … thank you !
Andy came over to replace a defective Jenn-Air Microwave panel. As has been our experience with Advanced Appliance in the past, 5 star rating was repeated. I will continue to recommend them as well as call on them when appliances in our home need repair.

Paul resolved the issue on my old refrigerator/freezer and had the part when he made the service call within a few days of me calling. He gave me timeframe of when he would be there that day and called me when he was on his way. Great service! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Refrigerator works great.
Paul was a complete professional and he ended up getting to my home way earlier than he expected. After diagnosing the issue pretty fast he was able to fix the issue very quickly.

I've used this company before, and they are GREAT! They always reply promptly, and always know the problem, and how to fix it. They always keep their appointments, too! I recommend them to anyone who has problems with their appliances. This time, they fixed a problem in both my refrigerators, and my dishwasher.
