Paul resolved the issue on my old refrigerator/freezer and had the part when he made the service call within a few days of me calling. He gave me timeframe of when he would be there that day and called me when he was on his way. Great service! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Refrigerator works great.
Paul was a complete professional and he ended up getting to my home way earlier than he expected. After diagnosing the issue pretty fast he was able to fix the issue very quickly.
