The tech was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The price he quoted me was right where I expected it to be. When the tech left my laundry room was spotless. This is the second time I used Advanced Appliances and am extremely impressed with their service. Parts were ordered, technician went out of his way to put them in before his vacation and the refrigerator was ready for Christmas Day
