Resolved my gas dryer's issue. (So far so good.) Andy was a timely and considerate technician. Temporarily fixed the problem when he didn't have the correct part. Came back the next week with the correct part and installed it.

Got into a issue with our gas oven, was able to call Advanced Appliance. They immediately got me signed up for an appointment so we could get back up and running with our oven. The tech that came out Andy (who I called Adam, my bad Andy) was great. Not only did he fix our issue but he was super patient in explaining the issue to me as I asked a million questions to educate myself. If we have any other issues, hopefully not too soon, with an appliance we would call AA!

If you have a problem with your major appliances, call Advanced Appliance! Paul was very knowledgeable, very polite, answered all of my many questions and fixed the problem I had with my freezer, that stopped keeping my frozen foods cold. Appointments were readily available and times were offered to accommodate my working schedule. Paul is terrific! I will call him for my next appliance repair.

The technician was professional, tidy & informative. I had a "Help! My dryer smells of smoke!" Call out and everything was resolved, explained & on with the laundry again in no time at all.

I was having an issue with my dryer running but not heating up. I called Advanced Appliance based on the reviews and was not disappointed. They were able to offer me an appointment for the next day, they called a half hour before arrival and came when they said they would. Andy was wonderful, was able to diagnose and immediately fix the issue. I was so pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need of expert service for any appliance!
