I had an outstanding experience at Advanced DDS Dental. After two years of dissatisfaction with my previous dentist, I was in desperate need of a professional, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Doctor Pena and Michelle exceeded my expectations with their expertise and compassion. Michelle was especially impressive, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone in search of quality dental care.
My experiences at Advanced DDS have always been positive. Staff members greet me as if I am the only client. The facility is immaculate and they exercise care in good infection control. The dental hygienist is excellent and I smiled all the way home. I've been client at ADDS for years! It's the best and their work is great.
HORRIBLE experience with this practice. Brought my 6 yr old in for a cleaning with Dr. Matthew back in early March. She identified four cavities, two of which were adult molars. A baby root canal is needed on both molars. My son wouldn’t sit for the procedure, so they recommended general anesthesia. Over a month of trying to schedule this procedure and the office just called us this morning that after “re-evaluating the case”, Dr. Matthew doesn’t feel comfortable doing the procedure. Everyone is this office was kind, friendly, and professional. My son, Eric, has a Developmental Disability and is very anxious at the dentist. The doctor was very gentle and involved Eric in explaining everything. Mo, the X-ray tech was so patient, caring and skilled.
I needed an urgent appointment for an abscess. They were able to fit me in, in half an hour. Sweet and helpful receptionist, Karla. Easy check in and demographic forms. Wonderful MA, Gabby, who was polite, super helpful and sweet and explained everything step by step. And Dr Pena was amazing and knew exactly how to treat me and the abscess is already going down with her prescribed medications. Thanks to all! Highly recommend them.
