I just had my air conditioner repaired and I am very pleased with the expert and professional service that I received. The HVAC Technician was excellent and is a real expert. He quickly found the problem and repaired it in record time and for a very reasonable price. My HVAC Technician's name is David ***** and I'm very impressed with his service. I called AHS my home warranty company and they assigned Advanced Home services with a problem with my toilet. Reading the reviews on BBB for Advanced Home Services I was concerned. Joe came out on Thursday diagnosed the problems and left stating he had to order a part and would let me know on Friday. Friday morning I received a call from Joe stating he was coming out. Joe was here probably 1 hour and did a fantastic job. He replaced the Angle stop, Supply line, Flush valve, Fill valve and Flapper. That means he replaced ever... read more

They need a star less then one they came out to my home August 12 2024 and only did a partial repair they were sent by the Weatherization program of North Las Vegas Nevada for low income seniors Today August 18 2024 Furniture went out on the 17th for the third time They are also connected with the Grandview Construction company. They also need a minus star review.

Joe was an *** and no people skills. Said we had mold and refused to honor our home warranty. Had to call another plumber and did the repair with no mold detection. This company is total scammers And their personal Joe is an *** first class. I am disputing my Amex chafer with AHS and these clowns.

$80 for a house call, $70 part, 1 hour labor, charged $570. That is $420 for 1 hour. This is gouging. I would not use this firm they are a rip off.

American home shield referred me to this company, they want to charge AHS aprox. 650.00 to replace the water heater and me 725.00 for parts not covered by AHS.. i called a local plumber to get a second opinion and found out that the water heater is fine just a leak which they repaired for 95$thie company advanced Home Services is ripping people off...

This plumbing company said they don't work on sink that have fowl odors. I writing this because American Home Warranty uses them and won't cover a fowl Snelling drain. They repeated the same statement. We don't work on fowl snelling drains. All plumbers know how to correct this problem They are in collusion with AHW. Attorneys. Herebwe come. Liars.

Advanced Home Services came out and looked at my water heater for 5 minutes if even that. The tech told my husband that the Thermocouple is missing and that is the reason we didn't have hot water, but I had enough hot water to take my very long hot shower that morning. They then went and closed by ticket with AHS and nothing was completed. This company is the WORSE!!!

DO NOT USE, EVER!! We are disabled senior citizens. My heat pump stopped working on Thursday night, 01/26 or 27/2023. I called ******************, my home warranty company yesterday morning, and they had this company assigned to fix my heat pump. A man named Cody came out. Cody is a very heavy-set man. He came into my house with his ladder and opened the attic access. He stuck his head up in the attic. He didn't go all the way because it would have been a tight squeeze.
