Idk how this company has an A on BBB when you look at reviews and they should clearly have an F. They should be arrested bc they are a scam. Do NOT EVER use this company. They are a scam!!!!!!! Advanced Homes Services was dispatched by my warrant company American Home Shield when I made a claim on my water heater. They did come out right away, one star for that. The technician was here for one minute. Obviously it's leaking so it needs to be replaced. Then they tell us it's going to be $820 and it's not covered by AHS. I called AHS to ask why it's not covered. Replacing my WH is actually covered, but AHS started reading a list of things they don't cover that somehow total $820. On the list: earthquake straps. So upset with this tech Jorge who had a order to look at my inside floor slab leak that was rising my flr tiles, he said he was familiar w/ this problem and no service and reported to AHS that it was outside irrigation leak, when all is inside my home which cause them to denied my order. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had a clog in our kitchen line and called our home warranty, American Home Shield. They assigned this company to us on a Thursday. No one could come out until Monday. Fine. The tech, Dustin, arrived at a decent time and immediately I could tell he did not want to be there. The repair guy was nice but thats the only good thing I can say about them. they were scheduled out so we had to wait until the next week for an appointment. The day of I Waited all day and they didn't show up. Finally I texted and asked about them coming, because they had previously texted me about letting me know when they would arrive, and they said they couldn't come and needed to reschedule....so we waited another day. Poor quality of work and customer service. Has been a nightmare dealing with them. Dustin the technician did not complete the job nor get my signature and falsely claimed to American Home Shield that the job was completed.
Absolutely the worst and rudest company. The owner Justin is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Refused to help my elderly parents fix their broken toilet. If I could leave a negative rating I would. They were recommended by American home shield. Justin wouldn't provide me documents to allow me to take further measures for a home insurance claim as I requested, his listening skills are very poor and speaks to you like you are stupid. I filed a claim for a leaking tub faucet & drain on 12/22/2020. By leaking I mean it was at times a small stream of water which I have photos to prove. Joe the technician came out a day or two later. He did NOT have the parts to fix either the drain or the faucet. Said he would have to turn off the water to the house and order part for the faucet through Moen & he would have to look for the part to the drain. They are liars and try to charge you for jobs that are covered by my home warranty co. They called and said AHS would not pay for my kitchen faucet part (my hot water handle) because it was rusted and leaking and "Pre-Existing" before AHS had had received the work order. iTrying to make me pay out of pocket. I called and AHS said they would Replace my entire kitchen faucet!!!!
