I filed a claim for a leaking tub faucet & drain on 12/22/2020. By leaking I mean it was at times a small stream of water which I have photos to prove. Joe the technician came out a day or two later. He did NOT have the parts to fix either the drain or the faucet. Said he would have to turn off the water to the house and order part for the faucet through Moen & he would have to look for the part to the drain. They are liars and try to charge you for jobs that are covered by my home warranty co. They called and said AHS would not pay for my kitchen faucet part (my hot water handle) because it was rusted and leaking and "Pre-Existing" before AHS had had received the work order. iTrying to make me pay out of pocket. I called and AHS said they would Replace my entire kitchen faucet!!!! Plus Sam told me he replaced a gasket in my toilet... he Did Nothing to that toilet but turn up the water flow.. lied to my face!!! This is my third H... read more
