They are liars and try to charge you for jobs that are covered by my home warranty co. They called and said AHS would not pay for my kitchen faucet part (my hot water handle) because it was rusted and leaking and "Pre-Existing" before AHS had had received the work order. iTrying to make me pay out of pocket. I called and AHS said they would Replace my entire kitchen faucet!!!!
