I brought my son in because his tongue was being poked and scratched to the point of bleeding. He was crying himself to sleep and hadn't eaten in 24 hours because it just hurt too much. The dentist found an ulcer in his gum and sent us in our way. I brought him back an hour later because we were adamant that it was his tongue. The dentist refused to see him (we were told he was leaving in about 10 minutes) and sent the poor girl working the desk (who was excellent and very sweet, by the way) back and forth. The dentist is a complete jackass! He was extremely rude to us and refused to even talk to us about the procedure because my daughter was crying! She’s 8 years old! After literally 2 minutes in the procedure room he refuses to do the procedure claiming we are 20 minutes into our appointment! THAT’S NOT OUR FAULT! We had just been called back!
