They can’t even get a patients gender correct. They can’t receive faxes. They can’t receive emails. After more than 5 attempts. They schedule follow up cleanings and appointments without your knowledge when they’ve never even seen inside your kids mouth. It’s extremely difficult to get ahold of any type of management. 0/10 rating and I definitely wouldn’t use them for dental. Tiny Teeth in Wichita has way better patient care and service.

I’m conflicted on this post. Normally, I have a great experience at Adventure Dental but this last visit has made me question whether I will have my kids return. Appointment was for 4 pm and was told to be there by 340. Arrived and filled out the paperwork for my kids. The kids weren’t even called back until 445. When I asked the hygienist why my kids were being seen so late, she got snappy and said we are busy.. you can reschedule your appointment if you want.
