As for the dental side, Dr. Karen is not friendly at all. She does not have patience with kids and talks and acts very rude . I do appreciate the Dental Assistants Michelle, Allie, and Jen R. The techs were very patient and helpful. I would not recommend any children to see Dr. Karen!
I’ve been taking my daughters to Adventure Dental for years and have always had great service. Reception is always nice, dental assistants always professional and the usual dr Aurora is great. Today we had an awful experience. My 5 year old needed her first fillings. Everything was going fine, a little too many people assisting, thought that was weird. Took my daughter's braces off. Made us wait two hours n didn't make her a retainer . Crappy service

Took my daughter's braces off. Made us wait two hours n didn't make her a retainer . Crappy service
Horrible horrible. Don't take your babies here. These people ruined my daughter's first dental experience. The doctor was unproffecianal and was entirely to rushed. Treated us like a part of an assembly line. Definitely will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Its alright, but very busy and not enough room to sit down, had to stand most of my wait.
