The care at the clinic was good, and the staff was friendly. However, the organization and communication have been extremely frustrating. My daughter’s two contact lenses were ordered in April, and we were told they would take approximately two weeks. However, one of the lenses was lost somewhere between the laboratory and the clinic. Because of this, even though one lens arrived, we could not pick up or use either one because we needed both lenses for my daughter to try them on and make sure the prescription worked correct... read more
multiple issues here. changed the $ for braces, didn't fix the issue during a scheduled appointment.
The vision portion of this clinic is crap! I would not recommend them at all. They barely spend any time with the kids and their policies are very encumbering. Their offfice staff is rude and they lost a client today. I will take my kids to another optometrist.
Let me first off say that I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this medical office. I had to wait several months for my kids to be seen, that wasn't a problem. When I called 24 hours in advance to confirm my children's appointment. They told me that the appointment for one of my kids was canceled because it wasn't confirmed and then the other child didn't have an appointment scheduled.
