very professional and thorough
My repairman was professional, honest. I have a house that is different in the way the cooling system covers our house. He was upfront that he hadn’t come across a house like ours (not unexpected at all) but called his supervisor to give us information on a new system. Ours is 21 years old. He could have patched it so it would be ok for a time. But again he was very honest and upfront as to the course of action he would recommend. I trust this company to do right by me.
