Hi, I'm new to Affordable Housing. I called today and I was so happy to get Elana!!! She first corrected my listing as it wasn't appearing online. Elena immediately fixed the problem, and my property was visible! Then she helped me through the process and provided some insight to questions that would be helpful to ask tenants. He was so knowledgeable and professional. She made it very easy to better understand the system. I wish there were more people like this who care so much about their customers! She is fabulous!!... read more

I was lost as to how to post the new property I just purchased so I called Affordable Housing and reached a customer service agent by the name of Elena Amado, she helped me list the house and advised me to get the membership to ensure I get a good tenant. I wish every company had a representative like her, she was so professional and knowledgeable on how to best list my house.
I called affordable homes twice and both times she told me she put in for a ticket for which I had to wait and never received. She did not even send me the link her self.
All my questions were answered. Still waiting to be approved. Waiting is very depressing. Does anyone care about the Elderly Disabled CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES.
