Very helpful, even helped me set up pre-screen. Got a response from a prospective tenant before we hung up the phone.
Lucy provided excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and pleasant. Her friendliness made me feel very comfortable. Due to her attributes, she created an atmosphere that this senior's online experience became very doable.
