Jacob’s Lane apartments Eugene OR. I have experienced multiple managers become the fist at the long arm of racism for the residents there that are not white. Just this week a black family were served eviction papers and told the children could not play in the water or use musical instruments - just like last summer. The eviction papers were revoked after the police told them it was not there fault that a neighbor pepper sprayed 4 kids under 5 on there own back patio . Kaylah was very rude, short, and dismissive. She finished the call by hanging up on me. Her extremely poor attitude and customer service overshadowed the good work of Elane and Kemar. If she worked for my company she would be fired after this performance. I hope that she is not the standard for Affordable Housing.
Kemar was great, but the process is not very efficient. I'm not sure why I needed to call in twice. When I initially posted the listing and it was pending, you could have just emailed me that you needed the contract. The second time I was told to call back 15 minutes after sending the contract, but when you receive the contract you could just make the listing live, no need for me to call back again.
Extremely disappointed that the software does not cover larger area. In my area there are only 2 people on your website, for my area. However, If you drive 19 miles to Colorado Springs, with population of at least 493,554. This is a software issue. You should have your software developer rewrite the code for expansion. Kemar was great but script is not worth the money.
Loyal for 7 years, but the last 15 I have been wasting money. Paid monthly for 1 apartment listing that got no response due to a known site bug. Got a $100 credit in October, but the problem came back. Now they blame me. The fees I lost are more than month's rent. Posting on other sites works instantly. I was cheated.
Don't understand why I needed to make a phone call after refiling. Needless waste of time since nothing was actually done.
i can not get to ofordanle hoseinb.com to ckeck my liating
