From the start it was a poor experience, it took forever to get anything looked at and when they did nothing got fixed. Black mold growing due to a leaking ceiling which the contractor agreed with and nothing was done . They are leasing the house out in two weeks already after we moved out today with no work done to fix the leaking roof that leaks through the kitchen light the lady Shelly is snarky and not personable at all with replies in email that would make you think it’s spam.
