Hands down worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Do not trust this company with your time or your money. I will be sure to never let any friend or family member go through this company. I strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this business and the property manager Aurean Payne.
Aggieland Apartment Finders did not serve my daughter or her three room mates well. Aggieland did not make necessary repairs, ignored emails and phone calls, and did not return security deposit that was entrusted with them.

Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no communication skills and think they can scam college students out of money because we will just sit back and let it happen. They are horrible to lease/rent from. DO NOT do business with them.
Don't do it! These people cannot be trusted. They will steal your deposits by charging for repairs and cleaning that are unnecessary. They even kept accidental over-payments for what should have been pro-rated rent. On top of that they refunded my pet deposit to the other tenants! Waiting to see if they even attempt to fix this.
Aggieland Property Management does not follow through on services they claim to have. I would NOT reccommend leasing with them. They take advantage of their residence to make as much income as they possibly can in any situation. If you are trying to relet your apartment they do not try to help you in the process at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give negative stars on here I would. When I was moving in my roommate had to go and make me a copy of the house key because they didn't have one of their own to make a copy for me. So, every time they came to do an inspection or maintenance someone either had to be home for it or we had to leave a key out for them. Our A/C went out not too long after I moved in.
