I never write reviews, but I thought this was more than necessary. I rented a house through this agency for 3 years and it was a nightmare dealing with this office. They are the most unorganized office I have EVER dealt with. I had to sign my lease THREE times for ONE year because they had errors on the document. They never knew which renter paid what, and texted (usually the wrong person) if there was ever a problem with recieving rent. I used this business to find a lease at a property that aparently aggieland apartment finders own (richmond ridge). I'm not sure if "Scott" is upper management or the actual owner of the properties they own but he is beyond conniving and unprofessional. Constantly showing up to the property unannounced, claiming it's in our lease for him to do so, and even waiting outside our property to "casually" ask us to enter to fix something as we are leaving. Receptionist was super rude when we called and would not transfer the call to falcon point condos property manager aurean, plus we got ripped off extra money for someone else's mistake which was already highlighted to the owner.
