I was a returning customer at Agincourt Hyundai. The first time I trusted the process completely and left satisfied. The second time I paid a $1,000 deposit toward a Hyundai Tucson in July 2025. No vehicle was ever delivered. No transaction was ever completed. My deposit has not been returned nearly a year later. Here is what makes this impossible for them to defend: They never provided the Bill of Sale at signing. I only received it one week later after requesting it myself by email.
