Went in taday . Had an appointment for 130 to do an oil change, 2hrs later. Really!!!!

The car was several times changed delivery and every time I received call and message that the order is notready or will not be produce and I have to change the model Finally in January 2024 after lots of follow up the car arrived just one day before leaving Canada. The sales manager told me there is parking ticket on license plate but I did not agree and advised them that I am not going to Pay the ticket before checking the situatuion.But they did not listen to me and paid the ticket WITHOUT my consent.
