I have really bad experience with this dealership service department . My car is santa fe sport 2017 start engine light flashing . Agincourt hyundai was the nearest dealership to me I went there and ask to check my car. the advisor said we dont have time and he not give me any advice and not takes any responsibilities . He said you should go to your dealership that you bought your car . when I arrived to my dealership with a lot problems . I called to inquire about a vehicle and a guy named peter from sales said that he would call me back I wanted to see if I could trade in my vehicle which was a older model vehicle 2010 - 2012 vehicle he said no one here at Hyundai wanted my vehicle and they could not take the trade in he said you can sell it privately , why would a sales person say no one wanted a vehicle everyone buying vehicle from dealership also he said there the best price for the vehicle I wanted was listed on the website and there is nothing he... read more

They sold me a 2015 Genesis Tech with 45000km. 2 of the rims are bent which was not noticeable at local speeds during the test drive. However, at highway speeds the whole car vibrates over 80km, although I paid to have them re-balanced. They refuse to do anything about it. They said it is my problem now. What poor representation. I don't know how this passed the safety check. Terrible dealership. David Woodwark

I recently bought a 2018 Fanta fe sport Luxury and picked it up on Thursday 6 pm, went home and put the car in garage. On Friday, I was checking the car, opened engine hood and found one of the hose insulation was ripped so I emailed Rania, a sales manager and I got a reply to come any time to their service department and they will fix the problem. I am not pleased with the level of service that was provided at this dealership. There was a lot of broken promises that were not met. In the end, I was pressured to get the car because of the deposit that was left on it. First, the payment per month was not the agreed amount as discussed with the sales associate and the manager. It ended up being around $0.84 cents more per month. When asked about this, I was told that this was the agreed amount. We bought a used Elantra from Agincourt Hyundai last fall and in order to close the gap in the negotiated price they agreed in writing to provide winter tires and wheels at “dealer cost.” When it was time to purchase the tires their “dealer cost” was about the same as the retail price of Richmond Hill Hyundai and substantially higher than prices of tire retailers.
