Intially he said that we will get first 90 days free and all..and aproval he said that we are not eligible for that..
They sold me a 2015 Genesis Tech with 45000km. 2 of the rims are bent which was not noticeable at local speeds during the test drive. However, at highway speeds the whole car vibrates over 80km, although I paid to have them re-balanced. They refuse to do anything about it. They said it is my problem now. What poor representation. I recently bought a 2018 Fanta fe sport Luxury and picked it up on Thursday 6 pm, went home and put the car in garage. On Friday, I was checking the car, opened engine hood and found one of the hose insulation was ripped so I emailed Rania, a sales manager and I got a reply to come any time to their service department and they will fix the problem. I am not pleased with the level of service that was provided at this dealership. There was a lot of broken promises that were not met. In the end, I was pressured to get the car because of the deposit that was left on it. First, the payment per month was not the agreed amount as discussed with the sales associate and the manager. We bought a used Elantra from Agincourt Hyundai last fall and in order to close the gap in the negotiated price they agreed in writing to provide winter tires and wheels at “dealer cost.” When it was time to purchase the tires their “dealer cost” was about the same as the retail price of Richmond Hill Hyundai and substantially higher than prices of tire retailers. Perhaps discount for first oil change
It was a pleasant experience except the part where the manager pushed me to purchase the wear off package (something like that) and some of the thing he mentioned wasn't on the contact. I was kind of regret it of buying it but since I signed the contract I can't do anything about it. When he try to talk me into buying the package, it seems like the package cover a lot of things, but when I finally have a look on the contract, it was just little thing which I found it was completely useless.
I SUGGEST THEY SHOULD OFFER MORE POST SALES SERVICE. CUSTOMERS WOULD BE MORE MOTIVSTED TO COME AGAIN AND AGAIN
