Furnace and a/c install Firstly, our sales consultant Colin was amazing. Consultation on Wednesday and installed Thursday, I couldn't ask for more. His explanation and understanding of his customer was beyond my expectations. The installers also were at this standing, it was all done and clean as I returned home from work. Furnace Install - Relocate We were in need of replacing our old mid-efficiency furnace so we got a few quotes before deciding on Air One. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive however; the selling feature for me was when the salesman brought in the installer that was going to do the job by to review the project. furnace repair The service technician did not arrive on time however this appeared to be an issue with internal communication. When a call was made to determine where they were they responded within the hour. The furnace was fixed quickly and technician was extremely polite and professional.

Annual Furnace & A/C Tune Up Adam from Aire One came and performed the annual tune-up on April 25, 2014 for both the furnace and air conditioner. He was both personable and professional throughout the whole process in getting the job done. We are so happy with their service and the information and or recommendations provided on the condition or needs of our home heating - cooling systems that we will be looking to switch over our hot water tank rental in the next couple of months to Aire One.

Furnace Inspection Aire One Heating provided excellent service inspecting our furnace and air conditioner. They called in advance to provided a time frame for the visit and the service man was punctual, polite and efficient.

Furnace burner replacement The burners on our York furnace needed replacing under warranty. Aire One was responsive and scheduled an appointment promptly. The technician was on time, very courteous and professional. He explained the issue well and completed the work very quickly. A nice feature is the wireless debit machine allowing for easy payment.
