Furnace maintenance An Air-One tech arrived on time and proceeded to undertake the annual maintenance procedure on our gas furnace. He was polite and respectful of our home (e.g., took his shoes off at the door), and answered the few questions we had for him in an informative and helpful manner. He left the furnace area in a tidy condition; and had filled out the work order completely regarding the service he performed.

Dear Gerald, we are sorry to have disappointed you by not having on the truck the particular filter you needed when the technician came over to perform the inspection/tune-up. Our technicians should have 5 different types of filters on their truck, but sometimes they run out of them. We are sorry that by not having the filter when we visited you we missed on getting a 10. As discussed earlier, one complementary filter is ready for you at the Victoria location.
Furnace and air conditioner tune-up Tune-up was performed very well. The technician arrived on time and was very precise in his work. He kept telling us what he was testing and how the test results were coming out as he went along. He was very courteous and respectful. Very efficient. We would grade him a 10 out of 10.

install I decided to call Aire One when I woke up with no heat last week as I had seen their trucks quite often. I was very impressed and happy at how quickly they came. When the technician arrived he was very polite and friendly. He assessed my furnace and then explained what needed to be done to fix the problems of my 18 year old furnace . Air Conditioning and Furnace Annual Maintenance The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. I would rate him a 10 out of 10. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and explained the results. This was the annual maintenance of the furnace and air conditioning that was included in the original purchase. Aire 1 follows up with a phone call to see how the service call went shortly after the service call is completed.

Annual Maintenance of furnace and a/c This is my 3rd year with my new furnace and a/c and humidifier. My old furnace stopped working on a freezing evening in February at 11 pm and I had my new furnace installed the next day.
