Furnace Repair This has been a particularly cold winter and we lost heat on one of the coldest days. I took position of the furnace when I purchased the house, so I wasn't sure whom to call. I called Aire One because they did a great job previously on my Central Air Conditioner. They arrived that day and had me back up and running, and included a professional assessment of my long term repair needs and options. I am happy with the work, and because of my good experience, I will continue to deal with Aire One going forward.

Service I would and have already recommended Aire One Heating to anyone. To begin with the representative who came out to price the type of furnace and a/c we needed, was not pushing at all. In fact he recommended that we purchase a less expensive model the we were looking at due to the size of our home. Then when the installation people arrived they put runners everywhere removed all garbage and cleaned up very nicely. If need we will them in the future.

Furnace Maintenance We pay for a plan that includes yearly furnace maintenance and thought it was time to have a technician come out and check on things. The tech was very pleasant and humoured my 20 month old when she kept passing him toys while he was checking the thermostat. There was a bit of confusion as to what our plan covered but after we reviewed our contract, things were cleared up and there was absolutely no hassle. Great service overall.

furnace maintenance We purchased a 10-year warranty with our furnace in 2008 and have been very pleased with the tune-up visits every fall. The technicians are punctual, knowledgeable, and very willing and able to answer questions with clear explanations. We haven't had any problems with our furnace to date but are quite confident that anything that comes up would be handled promptly and expertly.
No heat service call Yesterday my wife called me from work informing me the furnace had made a loud noise and now there is no heat.. furnace repair The repair man was friendly and courteous. Showed up within the scheduled time slot. Explained what the problem was. When finished he waited to make sure the furnace turned back on.

Yearly inspection We had our yearly service call done and the young man (Adam) that came was on time, courteous, (my wife has a daycare and forgot to put up naptime sign) he knocked very lightly on the door as if he knew that. He was very informative and pleasant. Checked everything out and gave our furnace a clean bill of health.
