5 Star Service and Professionalism Aire-One sent Charlie and Gee out to replace a leaking hot water tank. Not only did they show up promptly to address our concern but these service techs were a real class act. They worked efficiently and quickly and they cleaned up so that you hardly knew they were in. scheduled yearly maintenance check - furnace Ricardo did a great job in checking all the important points during the maintenance. showed all that I needed to know on what to watch out for to ensure safe operation. I felt really well and have confidence after Ricardo talked me through the maintenance checks. Furnace condensation pump replaced After finding water on our basement floor under the furnace, we called AireOne who responded within approximately 2 hours. The service man arrived, 'social distanced' within our home, checked the pump and confirmed it had not been changed when the new furnace was purchased from Aire One in February. He then quickly and courteously replaced the pump.
