The manager met us on the lot and said not to worry - we could make a deal. Met Stephen and without a doubt,he is the most pleasant car salesman with whom I have dealt. The people I mentioned above have always gone way above and beyond my expectations for a dealership. I have had to bring my car back a second time to fix a problem but it was by no means due to a lack of trying. I have always felt they did the job to the best of their ability and if it was not fixed correctly the first time it was not due to not trying. John has been our service adviser since we moved to Scottsdale and has always given us accurate advise and counselling. The waiting area is comfortable and the complimentary coffee is great. We really appreciate getting our van washed after each service.

Initial quality issue which I will take up with Chrysler. Dealer experience great. Fair price, professional staff, and quick response to my problem. Sales/buying experience no pressure. Knowledgeable about the vehicle. Second purchase from Airpark. First choice if next vehicle is a Chyrsler product.

Roger was extremely helpful with getting my car serviced and having the service department figure out what was wrong with the brakes! Thank you! He was extremely accomodating and had everything done in a timely manner and even got me to and from the dealership so that my van could be serviced. He has been great to work with since I moved here from Florida. I certainly didn't get that kind of service there. Thank you once again!!

Waited so long to fill this out because I knew I was coming back in for some paint repair and differential noise. Got the paint repair done today and new differential will be in next week. Very good experience from the beginning when I just came in to look at used versus new challengers. Everyone I worked with was great. We'll see how the differential replacement goes (whining gear noise). Thanks for a good buying experience. David Saari

My service advisor, Paul Guthart is always friendly and fair. I can see that he likes to build a good relationship with his clientele. I appreciate your courtesy van service as well. The service shop is always on time and is thorough. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

I have been coming to Airpark since I returned to the Valley 4 years ago. When I first visited I met John and immediatly felt he truly cared about me the customer as well as my car. He, as well as Maureen Working, are the reason I have held on to this car knowing it would always "get me there" no matter how far away "there" was.
