My wife took the vehicle in this time. She has never experienced your service team. She came back and said how nice, professional and amazing the service was. I had asked her to get a price on some optional work I want to get done. When she came back she said I don’t care if this dealer charges a little more. I trust them 100% and that is what matters.

The service department at this dealership is very high quality! Managers are super polite and knowledgeable. They work with my schedule and helps to plan the next visit. When my manager had a day off and I had an urgent issue another manager stepped in and took extra great care of me. I can’t say that about another service department that I tried.

Kyle is the guy to go to. He looks out for customers and tries to give you the best experience possible. I wasn’t happy with having to get the same issue repaired again after multiple times, but Kyle is the guy that makes sure they get to the root cause of the problem, and fix it, not band aid it. He is all about the customer experience.

The dealership was ready for me at the scheduled appointment time, and Adolfo went over and above the call of duty to take care of my battery issue quickly, and he provided me with some special transportation assistance which I very much appreciated.

We were in a unique situation. It was a simple check and someone could have check the fog lights for us to make sure they were working. Instead it our Rx 350 sat there for a whole day without anyone letting us know that the fog lights were working. They just needed to show us where the on/ off button was. Kimberly in Service was Great! However I had asked if they could wash the car. She might have forgotten. We love the car!
