RecommendedI came here to check out a truck they had on the lot. Everybody was very friendly and informative on the truck. They didn't hound over me pushing me to by anything. It was very nice to have the experience coming here to check out the truck. Needless to say, I ended up buying the truck and they gave me a great deal on it. They don't try to hind anything from the buyer. Very up front and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend coming here to see what they have to offer!

Small time dealer that pays their staff small time wages. Tried to setup an appointment for a safety issue with my nearly $75k RAM 2500 and they told me it’d take 5+ days without a loaner or rental. Unacceptable for an expensive truck. Went to CFL and they had me taken care of the next day. Avoid this dealer, not worth your time and not worth the RAM name.Especially when their employees complain about their wages. Not worth your time.
Beware of buying long distance from this dealership. I'm from Alabama and bought a $49k Ram 2500 from them and had it delivered to me. They failed to mention it had 4 bald tires on it. Had to take it straight to tire store and spend $1800 on 4 new ones. They still have not sent me the paperwork for my tag, SMH... The temp tag they gave me expires tomorrow. Guess I will just park it. What a joke
Super disappointed in Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I bought my vehicle in 2017 and the cooling seat driver side didn’t work correctly. As it is a cooling seat, it is only used a few months of the year, I often didn’t use it or realize the seat didn’t work. I’ve taken my car to Jeep so many times every single summer since it was purchased that the manager of the service department walks out of the office to avoid me when I walk in the door. We dropped off our jeep to have it serviced and didn’t get an estimate on work for almost a week! When the parts were finally found, my husband had to call twice to get them to send an estimate. Communication is more than lacking in their service department. Finally got our jeep back, and upon arriving at home realized there’s a giant scratch in the door and multiple rock dings over the tires.
