I must have caught them on a bad day because I had a pretty underwhelming customer service experience. Out in the parking lot for 30 minutes looking at vehicles. No one came out to help me. When I went into the showroom, I was greeted instantly to asked if I was being helped, but then when I mentioned the vehicle I was specifically looking at, I was told by the salesman that he didn't know enough about that vehicle.
