New management in service prices went up 30% for an oil change
It's really bad when the salesman and company advises you the price includes CPO certified pre owned warranty ... and come to find out you were lied to. Called and spoke with Mngr Eric and was basically told sorry about your luck nothing we can do for you.
The sales people are nice but they won’t back the vehicles they sell. We bought a brand new vehicle 2 years ago and two of the tires are defective. They told us it was like the shocks went out with that amount of warping that is present. They won’t back the product. A vehicle with under 30,000 miles we have to buy new tires.
After getting a price on the truecar app instead of honouring it they decided to raise the price on me. False advertisement not happy
Eric the manager is a liar. They tried to sell me a lemon and then another Jeep but when I went to sign the papers said it was sold on line. Jeep is still there and for sale. Liars !!
So for some reason these people deleted my review without my consent. Umm why? RecommendedWe worked with Karl. He listened, showed us several trucks until we found the right one. The was no pressure to buy right now, just take your time and make sure it’s the right truck. From Karl greeting us until all paperwork was signed it was a great experience.
