I highly recommend this facility. Dr John made the death of our dog Jake as painless as possible for us. The staff were professional and treated us with outstanding respect. They treated us like family. We will always be thankful.
Took my baby boy Binky there on the 3rd of April! And, just our experience for our situation was AMAZING! I highly recommend this place for your fur babies!!! They took great care of me and mine!!! I had to put my dog to sleep recently, and while it was a very emotional experience for me, the staff was very accommodating and professional. Dr. Cody Daniels and the technicians that were working on Logan were sympathetic and compassionate, for which I will be forever grateful.
Although I’m still reeling from the loss of my cat, I want to take a minute and say thank you to Dr. Daniels and Andrew for the way the cared for our baby last night. It was obvious how hard it was for Dr. Daniels to give us the news that his condition was not likely to resolve in a positive way. There were no other clients so they let us in to be with him before and after the euthanasia. They were kind and gentle and everything you’d want a vet to be in that circumstance. they are very nice and honest with any situation. The Drs are very thorough with information and it's just a great clinic.
Simply Amazing! At about 10:30pm my jack russell started getting horribly puffy on his lips and eyes. I rushed over to this location and they immediately took him in, treated him for an allergic reaction and waited for his swelling to subside. They were courteous, professional, available, and fast! Money is not even a problem when you need emergency medical help for your furry children and they were MORE than fair. All of this also happened when a snow storm was moving in so I am eternally grateful for them!
The Docs and staff are awesome. Have been there 3 times with different animals and they have been spot on everything. They do what they need to do to take care of your pet while also keeping the treatment effective and cost efficient as possible.
We had a difficult few weeks with our Gracie and the staff did everything they could with treatment options, but when it came to the end they were there for us last minute. Thank you for caring for our old girl and being with her in the end.❤😢
