I cannot say enough about Dr Achinberger and the team at this emergency hospital. They literally saved the life of our eight week old puppy, who had been misdiagnosed at Banfield and was near death. Their kindness, caring, and compassion will never be forgotten. I thank God every day for their skill, knowledge, and compassion.

Excellent service. Due to some unfortunate events , i had to take my puppy , Clifford , and I'm so glad I was referred here . From the get go , i was welcomed with friendly , compasionate and knowledgeable staff . Dr Aschenberg saved my puppy's life and Dr Laevasseur assisted in his care . All these people care about is money they made me think my cat was dying when all she had was a scratch on her eye.They did X-rays & other tests, nothing. Still charged me $800 though. BBB here I come

Our dog had a brown recluse bite. He definitely needed surgery, but he did NOT need to be cut all the way open to the point he was barely able to be patched together! Even our Vet was absolutely shocked at what they did to our poor Buster!!! What was done to him was inhumane and unnecessary! The ONLY reason we went to this hospital was because it was a Sunday! I will be shouting from the rooftops that no one should use this place!
I never write reviews on places. “MY EXPRESS WITH THIS FACILITY AND STAFF” WHY DIDN’T YALL SEE THE BLOOD IN THE LUNGS AT FIRST? Why didn’t y’all perform something to take the pressure off the lungs? Why every time the vets kept coming back they kept saying they didn’t know what was wrong for like 3HRS? But this place is the worst place to bring your pet.
