Our beloved miniature schnauzer, Scooter, had at 15.5 years of age, terminal sinus cancer. He was battling it bravely until one morning at 4am when he began to have seizures. Not willing to watch him suffer, we took him to Airport Frwy Emergency. After meeting with the doctor, we made the heartbreaking decision to put him down. I cannot say enough about Dr Achinberger and the team at this emergency hospital. They literally saved the life of our eight week old puppy, who had been misdiagnosed at Banfield and was near death. Their kindness, caring, and compassion will never be forgotten. I thank God every day for their skill, knowledge, and compassion.

Excellent service. Due to some unfortunate events , i had to take my puppy , Clifford , and I'm so glad I was referred here . From the get go , i was welcomed with friendly , compasionate and knowledgeable staff . Dr Aschenberg saved my puppy's life and Dr Laevasseur assisted in his care . Every time I would call I was comforted by anyone whom answered my phone call , even in the middle of the night when I was worried about Clifford . All these people care about is money they made me think my cat was dying when all she had was a scratch on her eye.They did X-rays & other tests, nothing. Still charged me $800 though. BBB here I come

Our dog had a brown recluse bite. He definitely needed surgery, but he did NOT need to be cut all the way open to the point he was barely able to be patched together! Even our Vet was absolutely shocked at what they did to our poor Buster!!! What was done to him was inhumane and unnecessary! The ONLY reason we went to this hospital was because it was a Sunday! I will be shouting from the rooftops that no one should use this place!
