RecommendedThis Thursday morning we had to bring out baby girl in. She didn't make it. And through all of our chaos and grief they answered all of our questions, were sympathetic, caring and patient. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to be there in our time of need.
RecommendedI have had to use the emergency vet several times. Each time I have been totally pleased with the compassion, patience, and professionalism of the staff. They dealt with me at my worst with worry over my fur baby. They explained everything. Then they did everything possible to heal my baby. Expensive but worth it.
RecommendedOur cat Nala was here with a large abscess that had ruptured. Of course we were terrified, we have never seen anything like that before. From the phone call on the way, to the instruction and checking out process, this place was amazing. They took such great care of Nala. We were very impressed with every staff member. You calmed us down, and you were so helpful. Thank you guys.

Recommended RecommendedI took my English Bulldog Big Juicy in one night due to an ear issue. Dr Aschenberg and staff were outstanding. Big Juicy was back to normal with the procedure and meds prescribed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the location is convenient. Salute.
RecommendedThey saved my dog's life. I brought in my dog who couldn't move and I told them I thought he had eaten poison. They quickly assessed him and recognized it was not poisoning but anaphylactic shock. They were so comforting while I was upset, and so kind when I called to check on him. Every single staff member was compassionate and friendly. On a separate occasion they sewed up my foster dog's vulva that fell out of her body. I fully trust them with any dog! Highly recommend!!!
RecommendedLooks like Half Pint was well cared for. I was afraid it would be like a human “Doc-in-the-box” but it wasn’t. I would highly recommend it when Emergency Care is needed.
