Not only did they keep me up to date on every status change, every single person I talked to was kind, patient and went above and beyond to educate me on what was happening. I wish things would have turned out for the best, and even though Charlie is gone, I am thankful for the care we were provided in her final days. Thank you all.

I took my English Bulldog Big Juicy in one night due to an ear issue. Dr Aschenberg and staff were outstanding. Big Juicy was back to normal with the procedure and meds prescribed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the location is convenient. Salute.
They saved my dog's life. I brought in my dog who couldn't move and I told them I thought he had eaten poison. They quickly assessed him and recognized it was not poisoning but anaphylactic shock. They were so comforting while I was upset, and so kind when I called to check on him. Every single staff member was compassionate and friendly. On a separate occasion they sewed up my foster dog's vulva that fell out of her body. I fully trust them with any dog! Highly recommend!!!
Looks like Half Pint was well cared for. I was afraid it would be like a human “Doc-in-the-box” but it wasn’t. I would highly recommend it when Emergency Care is needed.

Our beloved miniature schnauzer, Scooter, had at 15.5 years of age, terminal sinus cancer. He was battling it bravely until one morning at 4am when he began to have seizures. Not willing to watch him suffer, we took him to Airport Frwy Emergency. After meeting with the doctor, we made the heartbreaking decision to put him down.
