I don't think we ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for Al to respond to any call or email. He was exceedingly friendly, patient, and responsive. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!

Alfonso was amazing during this whole process. He explained everything to us and was very quick to answer any questions that we had no matter what the question or what day or the week it was. He also kept us so informed that we did not have any questions because he would have any potential question answered before we could ask it or even think of it. He made this the easiest part of by our home.
