My husband and I started the mortgage process with a big bank, right before the Pandemic started. It was just after we were supposed to have already closed and we’re awaiting our final approval from underwriting that we were ultimately denied the loan. We were devastated. We have recently begun using Al for our mortgage. Should you decide to engage with Al the first thing you will find is that he is extremely attentive to your needs. It sounds cliche but he's a listener. Once you're in his process he goes out of his way to keep you informed. He hasn't ever given us a reason to say "hey, have you heard from Al lately?" This was by far the easiest Refinance myself and my Husband had. Al was always in contact with us and advised us what was needed and where we were through the whole process.
